All fees paid for our consultancy services are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our business services, which include immediate commencement of work, allocation of resources, and professional time investment, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once services have been engaged.

When you engage our services, we begin work immediately, including research, documentation preparation, and consultation with regulatory bodies. These processes require considerable professional time and resources that cannot be recouped once deployed.

Please note that any consideration of exceptions to our no-refund policy is at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed.

Third-Party Fees and Government Charges

Many of our services involve payment of fees to government bodies, regulatory authorities, or other third parties (such as registration fees, filing fees, stamp duties, etc.). These fees are paid directly to the respective authorities and are separate from our consultancy fees.

Please note that third-party fees and government charges are entirely non-refundable, as they are beyond our control and are subject to the respective organization's own policies and regulations.

In cases where we facilitate payments to third parties on your behalf, we cannot issue refunds for these amounts under any circumstances, even if you decide to discontinue our services.
